At MoonMaid Botanicals, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner primarily with USPS to fulfill our shipping needs.
Order Fulfillment Information
Nearly all of our products, aside from tincture blends, are made fresh every week. Meaning that sometimes orders with more products may take a little longer to ship out, due to the fact that our items are made in fresh batches every week.
We find it's important to offer as fresh of quality as possible, whether it's teas or topical products. Our goal is to make things as "fresh" and "fast" as possible.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days, and you can expect your package to arrive within 5-9 working days from the shipping date, depending on your location. (International orders may take longer, especially due to certain customs practices.)
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will vary depending on the package size, weight, and your delivery location. The cost will be provided at the time of checkout.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship domestically to the United States and many international locations. However, we are working on expanding our fulfillment services even more internationally and will keep our customers informed of any changes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number and link, allowing you to track your package. You can also look up your Order Status here.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
